Experience
As Vice President of Capital Forensics, Inc., Clint managed the firm’s consulting and analytical services that were provided to the major broker-dealers and financial services providers. The consulting projects were hinged on various hot topics. A few examples include:

• Performance related issues including verification of stated performance figures.
• Regulatory engagements including such items as mutual fund share class reviews for broker-dealers’ client rosters, market manipulation analyses, etc.
• Portfolio composition engagements included such items as creation of systems in evaluating the suitability of Variable Annuity sub-accounts for various client groups.
• Analyzing hundreds of retail portfolios and many large institutional portfolios.
• Admitted as an expert and testified before the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on his analyses of portfolios and securities.

Clint understands the fiduciary duties that companies accept in the implementation and management of employee benefit plans. Clint acted as trustee and administrator for the firm’s 401(K) and Profit Sharing Plans as well as the administrator for the firm’s Pension Plan. In these roles, Clint has managed brokers for the Plan, evaluated performance of money managers, and managed other vendor relationships for ERISA-based plans.

Clint has been published or quoted in the Columbus Dispatch, Chicago Tribune, Journal of Financial Planning, and other publications.

Education
Clint graduated with a B. S. from Miami University with a major in Economics. Clint’s minor was in Entrepreneurial Studies, where he was the recipient of the Thomas C. Page Award .

Experience
Mark currently serves as an elected official as Councilman for the City of Bellefontaine . As a member, and former Chairman, of the Finance Committee, Mark works to establish budgets and monitor and recommend appropriations. Mark also chairs the Streets Committee and serves on the Utilities Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Financial Planning Association. Mark also serves or has served on the following Board of Directors:

• Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership (Chairman - Economic Restructuring Committee)
• Hilliker YMCA
• Logan County Chamber of Commerce (former)
• Logan County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) (former)

As an engineer with Siemens Energy & Automation, Mark was placed in the executive fast-track program for promising executive candidates. In this program and thereafter Mark was in a number of roles including industrial engineering, management and international marketing. In his position as an International Delegate for Siemens, Mark had the opportunity to live and work abroad in Germany.

Upon returning to the States, Mark has managed and is a partner in his family’s retail business, Fissel Floor Covering. In addition, Mark has created a company for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate, The Allen Group, LLC.

Mark graduated with a B. S. from Miami University with a major in Engineering.
